A historical house was designed by Count Filip Pokutyński and built in 1880.
On the ground floor, there are business premises with direct entrance from the street, while the upper floors are designed for offices to rent. The entrance is decorated with an original stained glass depicting violet irises. The enchanting garden located at the back of the building is available for our Tenants and offered for business meetings and private events for rent.
